Barry Bogs'  1/22.5  scale Union Pacific  Big Boy  4018 Pilot Pumps & Sheild - Jan 31st, 2021

There has been a flurry of activity on the shop floor. The boys have been busy with fabricating the pump shield and hanging the pumps. The pumps were cast in the molding and casting shop and hung with care by the boys in the erection shop. While the pumps were being plumbed, the other half of the crew was busy creating the shield assembly and putting all the details on it. Just like Christmas, the number plate was shined up and topped off the deck of the shield.   - Barry
