| Cab construction included many pieces and different shapes and curves, to be fabricated. Putting these together and adding the piping and rivots and details, takes time. |

"the boys fabricated the
basic cab for the F81, and did a three layer roof roll on to the walls. Not
easy, but the boys came through and got it done. Once the roof was on, the
boys started the tedious task of placing all the rivets on the cab. There are
many details that had to be added to the cab, that could be easily overlooked,
but I kept the boys on track until they got it right. I need to get the
backhead done, now that the cab is finished, so that will most likely be the
next item to complete." - - Barry
