Spring  Meet

Narrow Gaugers in the Dallas area will be hosting a meet in mid-May.  Details are forming, here is what we have so far…

When:     Friday and Saturday,  May 20^th and 21^st

Where:   Wilshire Baptist Church, Dallas, TX

Current Schedule

Friday, May 20th, 6pm to 10pm

Open House at Marc LaChey's.  Tour the NTNG portable layout in Sn3 and see Marc's

Cripple Creek & Tin Cup RR in Sn3.  Soft Drinks, Beer, munchies and perhaps more

on the patio, weather permitting.

Saturday, May 21st  at

9am: Coffee and Donuts, Social Hour

Improving our skills by sharing our expertise with each other.

10am: Weathering a RTO Stock Car by Steve Amitrano

11am:  Photos (some previously unpublished)  from the Narrow Gauge

with John McCall and Jay Miller

Noon:  Lunch, location TBD  (waiting on proposal from Church Kitchen for consideration) 

1pm: Sawmill Operations by Chuck Lind MMR

2pm: Mountains in Minutes by Jeff Liedl

3pm: Installing a decoder in a PBL brass engine by Kenny Collins

4pm:  Show and Tell to be mixed in after each presentation.  

Bring any structures or rolling stock for Achievement Program judging

or just to show off a project that you are proud of.

6pm till ? : Layouts to visit
