Layouts on Tour Keith Pashina  HOn30 Gilpin Tram

Keith models the Gilpin Tram in HOn30.  His shelf layout is in a 8' x 15' room, and features accurate models of several of the mines once located along the Gilpin Tram.  The layout and several of the structures have been featured in Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette, Light Iron Digest, and Railroad Model Craftsman.  Most of the rolling stock is scratch-built, and locomotives are mostly geared locomotives on an N scale chassis.  The layout was built to be operated using a simple car-card system.
