Mississippi Midland Rlwy

The F-Scale “Mississippi Midland Railway” is based on a short Milwaukee Road narrow gauge that ran from Wabasha, MN to Plainview, MN in the 1920 thru 1930ʼs. Using features from both the Milwaukee Road narrow gauge and the CNW “Dinky” line (also a late 1930ʼs narrow gauge) this large scale railroad acts as a bridge route moving primarily freight from the Mississippi River inland to the Minnesota farm country. Selections of farm goods, lumber, and occasional passengers on return trips. Operates via train orders rather than a reliable time table. Hand laid track, turn outs made to fit each situation, DC - not DCC due to simplicity of operations, scenery is early to mid fall.  Structures are scratch built, turn table under construction.
