Alamosa Staging - Track Work Starts

April of 2006, track work starts in the lower, Alamosa staging yard

This is the lower sub-level staging area, 4 loops, plus various spurs.

Cutting ties was no fun, nor was staining them in the Spring sun.

With a visit by good friend Barry Bogs, we glued down ties and spike rail.

Position some ladder switches and even installed track on the swing-bridge.
