July 4^h 09 – Lite Operating Session after the BBQ social, with Alli, Nick and Jerry

Feb. 2009 – Proposed spur construction starts in Lumberton

Aug 31^st 07 – Social and Operating Session, a shake down run after new construction

Aug 23^rd 07 – Open House for area “G Gaugers” had the layout up and running

Aug 2007b – Wiring Alamosa, which includes a custom reverse loop circuit and new panel design

Aug 2007a – Benchwork, the Los Pinos area get plywood as Alamosa gets covered

July 2007 – lower level, Alamosa storage yard tracks near completed

Early 2007 – Four storage spurs are added to the Alamosa track area

April 2006 – Track work is starting on the Alamosa Staging yard area!

May 2005 – Switches get installed on the Alamosa storage area ladder.

March 2005 – Scratch building switches in Gn3, from 1x8” board to spiking.

Summer 2004 – The lower storage level of Alamosa has bench work installed

June/July 2003 – After using some old module tables and LGB section track for the first years, its time to finish the benchwork and build the yard. Here is an overview of the temporary yard, then the plans for the Los Pinos yard and also, the Alamosa storage area that will be located and hidden, directly under the yard.

February 2003 – The Lumberton area gets ground cover. Dirt was spread around and then the tracks were ballasted. It’s a bunch of fun to haul dirt in to the house and dump it on your model railroad. Garden Railroading, indoors?!

January 2003 – Photo murals were installed above the tracks in Vista Grande. This means, I get to walk up in the morning to real huge pictures of the Rocky Mountains on the bedroom wall.

June 2002 – Trains reach Lumberton! With the NMRA-LSR Convention one month away, and six operating sessions during on the schedule, Lumberton had to be built, and it was. Here is the benchwork and track work going in.

May 2002 - Trains are running on the layout! These picture give an overview of the trackage running from the Los Pinos yard area (temporary benchwork and LGB track), through the bedroom area of Vista Grande, and up the hill to the mining camp of Silverado!
