Rail-fanning the Austin & Northwestern RR

On Saturday, January 18th, 2004, left San Antonio in a drizzle, to follow tracks of the A&NW RR

from Marble Falls, Texas, to Kingsland and Llano.  We found a neat selection of various bridges

and a nice run for the train to go through, that unfortunately is not seeing regular service any more.

Also, going back through Burnet, we found the Austin Steam Train passenger tied up for lunch.
