Barry has started construction on his next Standard
Gauge, 1/22.5 scale engine, this time a model of
a Western Maryland, 3 truck Shay, number 6.
A rather large Shay, more so being Standard Gauge.
It will run on the wider “Gauge 3” trackage, compared
to the common “Gauge 1” or called “G gauge”.
Here you can see the cylinders being built, with piping added. Then the trucks with the motor drive setup.
