Cliff Cheeseman's Pleasant Valley Division, chartered in 1980, is set in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia in colorful late autumn.  Many award winning scratch-built and kit-bashed structures and operating signals.  Highly detailed with vehicles, people and many sound enhanced scenes.  New expansion is 9.5' x 16' double deck with a 60" double track helix.  Lower level has 8 track Grand Central Station, upper level has U.S. Steel mill complex with 2 blast furnaces, supporting structures and a river barge unloading facility.
